I have never done a google review but here I am today….all because a young man named JD went above and beyond to help set up a plan and new phone for my 87 year old mother who is in the hospital. He was kind, courteous and above all patient. It was clear he understood my mother’s needs and made the whole process walk in the park!! Thank you JD It was truly the best customer service I have ever received 🤩

Zero stars if I could. Ordered the service and they missed my appointment 3 times wasting 10 hours of my time. I should ask them to pay me! This isn’t the service anyone would want. Look elsewhere!

The worst internet service provider in my area! Combined with Direct TV cable service! I was offered a package deal and I was told they could provide FIBER OPTIC service at my home address: NE 18 TH STREET POMPANO BEACH 33062! After installation and being connected, the speed was like dial up after several months of service, I called customer service and asked why my speed was slow, with Fiber optic service! Come to find out that there was NO FIBER OPTIC service in my area! BUT I WAS CHARGED FOR THOSE MONTHS MUCH MORE, than the regular internet connectivity! Nobody offered me a refund, but due to my early termination EXORBITANT FEE, I decided to stay on that contract until the end! They lowered the monthly charge to the regular fee, without really giving me a reimbursement for the higher amount I paid! As of June 9 2022 I canceled the service and got with T-MOBILE INTERNET FOR JUST $50 monthly! Believe me WIFI T MOBILE 5 G is fast! Be aware people! AT&T is expensive and their service sucks big time!!
